just use the microsoft tool "wmal2pcm.exe" to convert the WMA lossless
into WAV 24bit 88.2 kHz.

then it should be no problem to convert it to whatever with audacity.

BUT - set the project sample rate to 96 Khz before converting to target
format.

(this is done in audacity in the bottom, left corner, just click the
shown project sample rate and choose another one. make sure, you
selected the highest converting possible in settings. also make sure,
projects are handeled with 32 bit floating integer to make it stay the
best quality...)
