I run slimserver on my Fedora Box and it is also my Mythbox (htpc) I use Grip it works great. It's Fast and will rip Flac/Ogg/Mp3
It doesn't download album art but I use Cover Art Downloader to get my album art. http://kempele.fi/~skyostil/projects/albumart/ Just posting this for anyone else with a similar configuration.
