Tomjtx had a beef with Bolder, so you can ignore his opinion about Bolder's product.
If he say he cannot hear a difference between the digital out of a stock squeezebox and the digital out of a Bolder Modified squeezebox + PS, then there're only two possibilities: 1) He need to get his ear checked out. 2) He has a hidden agenda. I brought the Bolder modified SB3 and SB3 to a large group of listeners in Houston, and ALL of them heard a difference when compare to the stock unit. And ALL of them said the mod improves the stock unit. I repeat - ALL. Now, whether that "improvement" is worth the money, that's not up to me to decide.
