The folks at HDTT was kind enough to let me download a new set of files. I downloaded the whole album again, this time the file size and bit rate of 2,700kbps makes more sense. However, I encountered the exact same symptons, the files all started dropping off consistently at certain spots, tried different connection methods and all that. This time I also tried to uncompress into WAV files with exact same results. Note that I played from my laptop from WinDVD and it played fine. So this should be a compatibility issue. I do not have the right cabling but I may try to bypass my DAC1 and go straight to my amp later. -- agentsmith SB2/Pioneer DV-S733A - Benchmark DAC1 - Naim Nait 5i - Naim Ariva Speakers.
