The important thing is to have the analog control (or voltage divider) available as the main attenuator, so that the remote can be used in it's upper range for convenience adjustments. Having a pot or integrated amp rather than fixed voltage divider also provides the ability to have [EMAIL PROTECTED] for critical listening at different levels. E.g. I listen a lot at night, and at low levels find the Sb sounds best at full volume, with the pot on the integrated below 9am.
