Sorry, I never meant to imply that the DA10 doesn't sound good. I've
never heard one, and all the reports seem to suggest that it sounds
marvelous.

I may have misinterpreted your post, but got the impression that you
felt one of the reasons the DA10 sounds good might be because it has a
high quality switched mode power supply, and I was just pointing out
that in the light of the findings in that DIYHiFi thread, this seems
unlikely.
