I was talking about tubes in general, in most(if not all) setups tubes
change the input signal (distort it) and output different signal, to me
this is not hifi. 

However i do accept that many place musicality above accurate
reproduction, i am in the accuracy camp, everyone is entitled to their
opinion and choice, you will never get an argument with me about that.
