Not sure how available they are in eBay, but one option is NHT's X2
bass processor and A1 amp. 250 watts, and includes volume control,
crossover, continuously adjustable phase, and their "boundary control".
It's similar to what's included with their U1/U2 subwoofers, which I
have, and it works well. But to use the crossover you either need a
sepparate pre-amp/power amp or a receiver with pre-outs and main-ins. 

I'm sure there's tons of options, but htat's the one I'm familiar with.
