The key is to have EAC extract to WAV, then invoke FLAC as an external compressor on completion. Some fundamentals are at: http://wiki.hydrogenaudio.org/index.php?title=EAC_and_Flac http://www.saunalahti.fi/cse/EAC/index.html You will likely also want use AccurateRip. If so, note that you must select the EAC option "Show Status Dialog after Extraction" otherwise AccurateRip will not perform the CRC verfication. I found this out the hard way :-( -- quietdragon ------------------------------------------------------------------------ quietdragon's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=10412 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=33763 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
