The key is to have EAC extract to WAV, then invoke FLAC as an external
compressor on completion. Some fundamentals are at:

You will likely also want use AccurateRip. If so, note that you must
select the EAC option "Show Status Dialog after Extraction" otherwise
AccurateRip will not perform the CRC verfication.

I found this out the hard way :-(
