Are you really viewing my position as "my word against his"? I depend on no such credibility to support my arguments. I am speaking in terms of quantifiable, falsifiable statements that anyone can test independently. This reviewer is not. I am happy to explain the science as best I can, and to answer questions about my tests or any other statements I have made. This reviewer is not. I encourage people do use reasonable controls to eliminate well known psychosomatic effects in their listening tests. This reviewer uses no such controls, and expects you take the results of his listing test on faith.
