Thanks all. I just ordered my Squeezebox and I'll be starting this adventure later this week. I realize that while I'm late to this party it still isn't mainstream just yet.
The number of choices and options is tough to sort through. So I think it's just best to start spending money and give things a go. I appreciate your help. Oh, in the end, I choose the Squeezebox for three reasons: 1. It is a good starting place -- a self-contained solution 2. It seems to be well supported and generally capable 3.
