It's simple really. Do as I did to get mine here in China. Send the wife to the USA on a shopping trip & she brings it back for you. Of course you need to find a friend to stay with & to get the TP delivered etc. At 1.97$ to Sterling, she could rapidly save the airfare. (well that was my wife's logic!)
