My answer would be Yes on this. Switching in a simple RC link with a
high quality capacitor is prefereable to recalculating the whole info
stream. It shall be noted that the S/N is improved in the high freq
(which this is all abaout) and this is not the case when doing it
digital. 

I have heard that it is present in .cue-file but not honored by the
slimserver. Is this correct and what is a .cue file??
