I use Mac amplification (C41/MC352) with my SB3, and am very happy with
it. I also have a Mac CD player and tuner. Sounds great, very well
built, lasts forever, well supported by a manufacturer that's been in
business since 1948, and it's reasonable value in the US for this class
of equipment.

If UK Mac prices are too high, check with www.audioclassics.com - they
are a huge Mac dealer, new and used, and do a lot of overseas business.
Their prices can be a bit higher than other US sources, but they're
very reliable. I bought my amp and preamp from them, and am very
pleased.

I use Martin Logan speakers in my system, but I know that B&Ws are very
popular with Macs. Check on the Mac user forum at
http://audiokarma.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=54 the folks there
should be able to give you lots of advice. I know that my local Mac
dealer also sells B&Ws, and demonstates Mac gear with them.
