Target stands are certainly available here in Canada. Or for something cheaper, I've got a set made by Plateau, which are reasonably good as well (although I had to make an adapter plate in order to bolt them to my B&W 705's). Bolting the speaker to the stand helps as well, both in terms of safety and sound!
