but i dont understand, because i thought digital out was simply passing out the 1's and 0's, so its not likely to pass out 1, and 0's with any mistakes without the mod, so why mod? and its not like you can get better 1's and 0's is it?! (i assume not - since its a digital signal - but knowing me, im totally wrong)
