I would recommend you get an amp that is balanced. I found Transporter to sound better with balanced outs (XLR)
Those speakers get rave reviews. But you will get best results if you listen to a lot of high end gear and develop an idea of what pleases you the most. Don't let an audio salesperson talk you into expensive cables. Go to bluejeans.com for excellent , well made interconnects at inexpensive prices. Try Anti-Cables for speaker cable. Their 100.00 cable sounded better than my 3,000 cable.
