Even better results are obtained by drilling tiny holes randomly in the
CD.

This causes greater use of error correction resulting in more bit
perfect copies.

In DBT (deaf blind testing)  even the deaf people could hear an
extraordinary improvement.

Conversly, drilling a hole in the heads of test subjects did not
result in a positive
outcome.
