You need a very good amp, the best you can afford, Roque Audio 90 watt tube power amp for instance is said to be a very nice match match with Martin Logan. With Martin Logan, I warn you, they will tell tales of your front end. If the match is there the music flows, even from very very low levels, completely effortless, sound is floating in space. Even at these very low levels the sound is very dynamic. As an example, the Martin Logan Aeon I has an auto-on circuit that senses music and turn on power to the stators. At night, when our neighbors have gone to bed, and I play music, my wife sometimes turn down the volume with one click on the remote. The music is still playing but the stators switch themselves off !! With the Vantage you will have a speaker in reference class.
