You're right, there is such a law, but I would be much happier knowing
that the vendor explicitly allowed returns for 'sonic reasons'.  While
the law allows me to sue the vendor if they didn't refund me, I can't
be bothered with that kind of hassle.

(More importantly, my system is sounding blisteringly good at the
moment.  Given how much better the SB+ is over my Shanling CD player, I
can't believe the source is the weak link right now!)
