I recalled when i somtime ago contacted Lyngdorf audio and asked about getting my millennium mk3 moddified i also remember how many words lyngdorf audio used to try convincing me that this modder was the devil himself and all his work was absolutly useless , but what was most memerable was how the moddification absolutly embaresd the sound off the stock unit . I have never looked at the hifi industri the same way again.
And im the guy who sold 20.000 worth off cables and powerconditioners because the made absolutly no improvment to my system only sligt differences. I have no idea if the analog part in the transporter can be made better because i have not heard it after it has been moddified . What i do know is that the aberden transporter sounds alot better as transport then the stock unit and it really is aparent form the first second off playing . but its the same thing that manufactors always say about people that makes there products better then them self ... ... ... could swap out a bunch of random parts for you, but that'll make it sound worse. All the mods for Transporter that I have heard of appear to be, IMHO, complete BS. One modder even claimed improvements after doing unspecified mods, before we had even shipped the first Transporter. I have not heard of any modder performing the sort of rigorous testing that I did on Transporter prior its release.
