Sean doesn't have a negative attitude to criticism. He is just getting frustrated that you still haven't proved that this phenomenon actually exists even though he has suggested ways you might do that. It's not for Slim Devices to discount every crackpot idea/suggestion/fault concerning their products. It's up to those who put forward the idea/suggestion/fault to demonstrate unequivocally that it exists and provide a mechanism to reproduce it. If you can do that then I'll bet dollars to dough nuts that Sean would be the first to take notice and work on fixing the issue.
