Have you actually been *testing* them? That is, have you used them? I bought a pair of RS120s and, despite the transmitter sitting just 3 feet from my head I still get an occasional click/static sound and the noise floor is fairly high. Don't get me wrong, the sound is overall "good", but I nevertheless find the occasional static blip and the background hiss nearly intolerable. I bought these to use at my desk at work because I hate the way cords on traditional 'phones get in the way of my typing, but now I wish I'd just stuck to wired.
