Most of the built in sound on motherboards use an AC97 codec which is fixed to 48KHz sample rate. Thus if you are playing 44.1 data its going to be resampled by the software on the PC. So no it won't be bit perfect.
I've measured the jitter (actually taken the spectrum on the clock) on several motherboards and they are much worse than an SB3 jitterwise.
