I'll let you know what I find. My algorithm upsamples to 441K/32b. Then I work down to whatever sampling frequency I want. So the 88.1 vs 96 won't matter much to my code I don't think. But we'll see.
Regarding FLAC, I've heard others say that the transporter has some problems decoding FLAC with compression levels over 4 or 5. I have no experience either way. Anybody had a problem with FLAC at 96/24?
