The .jpg shows up fine, but I thought maybe I was missing the meme of what those bags are supposed to represent. I suppose the humor is in the fact that nothing in the bag could audibly affect the performance of the speaker cable, unless it's ferrite chips maybe.Your suggestion of closing my eyes and imagining it was funny worked well though.
