SE - I wasn't criticising anything you were saying - honestly! Merely
asking a question and pointing out something that many people (not
necessarily you) seem to forget about "imaging")

I find the sound without the Altmann gear more is less relaxing to
listen to (less satisfying) over long periods - say 2-3 hours.
I do not know if this is a placebo effect/self-delusion.

ain't what you'd call minimal...

very expensive cables ;o)
