He Does some neat stuff. But it gets pretty spendy to add to a stock SB. One of my goals of this review is to find a way to make computer based audio work well with older generation DAC's. The SB is positioned wonderfully to do this. Of course the other way is to use a USB to SPDIF convertor, but that requires dedicating a whole laptop to the audio system. The SB is once again a far more elegant solution.
