Micromega is nice kit, and you're not risking much cash, but I would
generally reckon that a ten year-old DAC might be bettered by one of
the current super-budget crop from the far east.

But you'd be able to get the same back on ebay if you didn't like it,
so there is really very little to lose in trying!
