A Y-adaptor is less that a real audio splitter.

If the input impedance of the two amps is high enough, then it will not 
cause a problem.

At best, it will cause a 3dB decrease in level to each, so you can crank 
up the gain. If you hear bad things, don't do that.

In the recording studio world, this is call a 'multi' of the output.
Happens all the time.
