I can't help with the okayish and perfect ones, but I found a short list of some offenders in the loudness war on wikipedia a while ago: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loudness_war I'm sure there must be other lists if you search around. Oddly, one of the worst offenders I have come across, the Goo Goo Dolls - Let Love In, has been edited out of the wiki entry.
