I must be stupid today because the Empirical site as quoted by Veggen says The Squeezebox3 application currently supports only 16-bit/44.1kHz sample-rate, because this is a limitation of the Squeezebox3 Twaddle - the SB3 supports 48/24...so the Empirical site is WRONG. IMHO (Empirical) support for 44.1/24 would be more useful than 48/24 but that's just IMHO. -- Phil Leigh You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal... ...SB3+TACT+Altmann+MF DACXV3/Linn tri-amped Aktiv 5.1 system and some very expensive cables ;o) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Phil Leigh's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=85 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=37557 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
