Come on guys..dont be too trigger happy. When you buy an amplifier or CD player for say, $1k, $5k or $10K (or sometimes $25k), how much do you think gets spent on the power supply ? It is very proportional to other aspects of the product (like output stage, drive/sled mechanism etc). So I dont see anything wrong in building a better power supply for the SB3. Re: FLAC vs WAV, there is a theoretical possibly more CPU cycles to decompress might cause some power supply interferences with the digital or analog output stage. But I could not detect the difference between wav and flac (even though I have now setup for flac-to-wav on the server side, to reduce the burden on the SB CPU, which can improve remote control responsiveness),
