Hahaha!! I've been lusting after one of those ATech cases for at least a year. A little expensive though. If you're looking for a really cheap way to reduce hard drive noise, try the suspension trick. Using a Seagate 7200RPM drive, I cannot hear any noise at all unless I press my ear up against the case. http://www.silentpcreview.com/article8-page2.html I used this trick in combination with a home-made heat sink to keep them cool to the touch as well. http://www.silentpcreview.com/article22-page1.html I admit, it's not a very professional rig, but worked perfectly for about $10 in parts and maybe 30 minutes of labor. -- sdonham ------------------------------------------------------------------------ sdonham's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7749 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=38659 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
