When was the last time you went to a premium audio dealer? I bet they all say the same that stereo is ´back´. Lots of people that are serious about listening music are going back to a stereo setup. And more importantly how much are you willing to pay? A multichannel Transporter basically means you need the inner working of three Transporters. Personally I don´t see the need for this. Historically every attempt of multichannel music has failed, starting with quadraphonic back in the seventies. For movies multichannel is very cool though. If you feed the Transporter with a digital signal from your DVD nothing happens. It will not decode AC3 or DTS. You can feed it a PCM stream though available on some music DVD´s. -- S2K ------------------------------------------------------------------------ S2K's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12675 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=39694
