Boringly back on topic: - Just the network input, which you don't even use if you use wireless. - Outputs are BNC SPDIF out for both; RCA stereo for the analogue one. I can't remember if there is an optical output and it's surprisingly hard in my setup to go look! - Wired will give you more bandwidth, which can be useful for high res stuff (like Linn's studio masters, which are 24 bit). Whether it sounds different is probably better answered by priests than scientists ;) - It's exactly the same as an SB3 to set up. - You can have as many as you like, subject to your network and server. I have two (SB+ and SB3); many have lots more! They can either be synchronised or not, at your preference. One thing that I will point out, on the high-res side, is that the SB+ is an SB3 inside, so only does up to 48kHz, whereas the Transporter does 96kHz. I have converted my studio master stuff to a suitable sample rate (44.1 or 48); whether this bothers you is up to you!
