In case anyone has an SACD library and wants to do this, it turns out
there's a not-too-difficult method.  You need an SACD player that can
output PCM through an HDMI connection.  (I think most SACD-capable
universal players will do that, but I haven't tried it myself to be
sure.  Oppo sells one for ~$150.)

Then, with an HDMI to DVI + SPDIF converter box (like
http://www.hdtvsupply.com/hdmi-to-dvi-digital-audio-converter-adapter.html),
you should be able to split off the SPDIF audio, send it to a computer
soundcard, and record a hi-res WAV file.
