(Note: all of my comments below regard the Transporter and a cd transport via the Transporter's digital input.) What is the Transporter jitter measurements for - streaming music over the network versus cd transport spdif input on the Transporter. I'm guessing that streaming would be lower jitter, but would like to know. This should help to determine what the better means of extracting data is - network streaming versus optical read via a cd transport.
