Thanks, a nice list. I have become a big fan of the AAC Plus streams for classical music. You'll need to install the mplayer plug-in (just follow the excellent instructions in the wiki carefully). In general, I find that AAC Plus streams sound better than MP3 streams that have even twice the bitrate.
My favorite station is Radio Swiss Classic (http://www.radioswissclassic.ch/). I find their 64kbps AAC Plus stream to be of much higher quality than their 128kbps MP3 stream. I also really like their programming. KVOD in Colorado (http://www.kvod.org/) has a 48kbps AAC Plus stream that is quite reasonable. They also have excellent programming.
