On the first count, by purchasing 2 years you get several months off, which brings down the cost from 4.95 (the accurate cost if you go by the month). On the second count - indeed it will take a very long time. I will report how it works, I suspect it works as a background task that is pretty transparent, and hopefully reliable. Because my main consideration is that I want to make *sure* I never ever lose my music collection.
