Just use flac-verify.exe for flac files, if that reports no errors the flac files aren't broken.
If these are an archive you should maybe use something like 10% PAR files as well so you can restore any odd broken files. If they've all gone I think there's something bigger at play, either they weren't encoded properly in the first place or whatever verifier you're using isn't doing it's job properly. -- probedb Paul.
