I followed Sean's directions to update the TP and even decided to move to Server v7 at the same time. It was OK for a while, but now the TP is DEAD! No output, no confirmation on screen that it's playing, yet my SB3 is fine (I did revert back to 6.5.5 and confirmed firmware updates).
HOW can I do a KILLER reset?
