Hi Have owned a standard SB3 + Lavry DAC for about a year ago. Combined with a pair of mid level Magnepan's and a Jolida hybrid 100w/ch amp I've been fairy satisfied overall. However, have the annual audiophile 'bug', and am wondering if moving to a Transporter from my SB3 and Lavry comb would be an 'upgrade' and worth the extra approximately $800 outlay (after selling the SB3+Lavry).
I like the fact that the Transporter supports 96khz and even 88.2 (with latest firmware upgrade). Have read also mostly good reviews...
