No. :)

Long answer: DSD is a totally different way of encoding a waveform, you
can't compare it to 24 bit or 16 bit PCM at all.

In DSD the "1 bit" specifies an 'up' or 'down' in the waveform whereas
in PCM the bits specify the absolute amplitude.
