Ah, there it was, I missed that little black "choser" Anyway, the setting there is like this :
Flac : Flac > Native Flac : mp3 > Disabled Wav > Flac and yes, the 24/96 I have is flac. Its the only thing on my computer that is flac, everything else is Apple Lossless.
