Ok.... I'm guilty of not really being a fan of 128kbps. That's because when ever I download a song in mp3 format or rip an audio track into mp3 format at 128.... it more often than not, sounds metallic.
But... I just tried the newest WMA codec and encoded a few tracks to 128, and they sound great. I don't hear any metallic artifacts at all. So my question is: What would be your preferred format for a size and quality compromise.
