I'll ask them if they can do that mod... might be a bit costly
though...all that shipping... It's a pity they aren't "down the road".
They do turn stuff around v quickly though.

Maybe I'll just ask them if they can fit a clock-in to the SB while
they do the other mods. However I'm not hopeful this can be made to
work as there (presumably) needs to be some way of manually switching
the SB between its internal clock and an external one.

I agree about the BuyMees... but their clock and psu mods to my dac
certainly improved something in a nice way. One thing I noticed (oddly)
is that the system seems to sound more consistently good around the
clock than before...sometimes it wouldn't sound so good to me during
the daytime.

You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it
ain't what you'd call minimal...SB3+Stontronics PSU - Altmann
JISCO/UPCI - TACT RCS 2.2X + Good Vibrations S/W - MF
Triplethreat(Audiocom full mods)- Linn 5103 - Aktiv 5.1 system (6x
LK140's, ESPEK/TRIKAN/KATAN/SEIZMIK 10.5), Townsend Supertweeters,
Kimber & Chord cables
Outdoors: Boombox+Creative Sub (If I remember to turn it on...)
