Hi All, I'm posting this question here because I thought this group might be best able to answer. I want to mount a squeeze flush to the wall and the SliMP3 seems like the best choice. It is small and it appears that the face plate extends beyond the box that would be recessed into the wall--thus a nice bazel to cover the raw plaster edges of the hole. It really needs to be flush with the wall as the wall is beside a narrow aisle beside the bed--I don't want anything to catch on it in the dark if one gets up.
Now the $64,000 question....having never even seen one of these....would the sound quality be lower than the SB3? The disadvantage of the SB3 is creating a neat, simple recessed mounting. I have searched the forums for recessed/wall mounts but have not found any comments as to the audio and display quality/differences. Reading the comparisons in the Wiki doesn't tell me anything (that I understand VBG).
