Additional PSU jitter? I would think not. Change in PSU jitter spectral content? Almost as unlikely. Jitter -usually- makes the top-end sound more smeared and/or harsher. I have yet to hear it make things sound brighter. It could, I suppose. No more guesses on my part. I only put test tones through any of mine.
