I just bought this DAC and had a couple of questions. As I only intend to use my integrated amp to control volume, is there an optimal volume setting for both the SB2 and Lavry? I thought I read somewhere that the Lavry can have its volume controls defeated. Does it matter?
As for the three PLL settings, which setting do you prefer and why?
